I have speak with reception today, room was dirty, pisses of glass on the floor, toilet dirty , hair under the shower, dirty toilet seat , I should stay a whole night , I came only because I didn’t wanna pay cancellation fee because we booked wrong date, but I couldn’t use the shower and toilet seat was very dirty so after 2-3 hours I check out. Room doesn’t smell even fresh - for this price I was in shock. Anyway 86£ was wasted. Reception amazing, helpful and nice. They told me even I’m Not the only one who complain about cleaners.

Not suitable for families. The hotel resembles a motel, offering only rooms. There are no dining options or room service provided. Although we chose the breakfast option, the sole offering was corn flakes & milk and bread & jam. The milk carton was placed in the fridge for guests to serve themselves. The table was not clean. There was no hotel staff present in the breakfast area. The towels in our room were mouldy. An unpleasant experience

Although a little far from the centre of London, the short walk to the Ilford station makes up for it. Overall 3 stars match the hotel, but I would overall give it a 4/5 as breakfast was complementary for our entire 3 night stay. They helped with anything we needed, and made us feel comfortable, even the cleaners were helpful. If looking for an affordable stay, this is where I would choose.

Mijn man en ik waren echt blij met de service – die was uitstekend. De kamer voldeed precies aan wat ik had gekozen, en de locatie was prachtig. In de buurt waren er ook gezellige restaurants en winkels, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakte."

I stayed here with my partner for my birthday for two nights,cosy room,bit small but ok,good bed and good tv,just a bit cold,quiet and very good price.would definitely come back.
